Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and packed within 2–5 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Austrian public holidays.
  • During periods of high demand (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (with Tracking)

We ship all orders with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG).
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volumes.

  • Austria: 1–2 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (where available)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For orders within the EU, VAT is included at checkout where applicable.

For orders outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

We are unable to estimate or cover these fees.

Unclaimed or Returned International Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refused delivery, the order will be refunded once it has safely arrived back at our studio.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier are non-refundable
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or return fees charged to us by the destination country will be deducted from the refund

These charges are beyond our control and are imposed directly by international postal and customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a tracked package appears delayed or lost, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping provider and support you throughout the process.
